My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit small, but they did offer a 'city view' and were relatively quiet, despite some airplane noise. The service was a mixed bag, as I appreciated the accommodating staff but also had an issue concerning my sore back. The location was superb, especially for those attending events at Citi Field, yet there were some encounters with impolite behavior. The dining experience had its highlights with good coffee but lacked variety, and the facilities were satisfactory.

The service was excellent, organized, and professional, making me feel like a rockstar. The location in Flushing Chinatown was perfect for my concert at Citi Field and easy access to enjoy the sun and breeze. The dining experience was decent, with a good selection of Chinese items for breakfast.
